define 'cant access' -- is this your email client, a browser, both, or what?

get a cmd prompt (run->cmd) and enter ping www.google.com

    what happens?

try pinging your gateway if you get through to that then try pinging 4.2.2.2

if you cant ping 4.2.2.2 then its most likely a DNS issue
