i just wanna know where can i find the (driver) : via tech 3038 pci to usb

i have bought a camera (logitech) and i enabled the usb port to plug the camera in....
but after many days trying to find how to install the program of the usb, i realised that i don't have the driver i should....
it's : via tech 3038 pci to usb...

can you help me?????????????????
