I just want to get back my files!

Virus attacked my computer and I can not access all my files located on hard disks. The virus can not be cleaned after trying some virus-remove program, what I want to do now is to get back my files. Is there any way I can get them back? your help is appreciated!!! Thank!

Boot the computer in SAFE MODE. I have included the link to instuctions on how to do this. Look under the version of Windows you are using.

Make a backup copy of your files to another disk. You cannot burn a CD or DVD disk in SAFE MODE but you can copy them over to another drive like a thumbdrive, an external hard drive, ZIP disk or another removeable disk. Remember you cannot burn a CD or DVD in SAFE MODE.

Maybe data recovery software will be helpful if you are urgent to get back your files. It’s quick and safe. You can find out and save lost files to removable devices. Try this data recovery wizard.
