I need help my computer keeps crashing please

hi i am 17 and i am pretty good on computers i have an mcp microsoft professional and comptia pc technician a+ but i still am struggling to solve my problem . my computer keeps freezing and i get this message in my event viewer and there is nothing on it on the microsoft website.

but there is nothing to do with RDShutdown anywhere please could someone help me thankyou

and it only crashes when i am downloading something via utorrent

Maybe a NIC driver conflict? Have you tried updating your NIC drivers or trying a different version?

The only thing I can find is stuff referring to "RDShutdown.exe" as being a remote PC shutdown service. You're sure it's not malware related correct?

thanks i will try scan for malware and my nic as what i know is the most recent driver but i will check that aswell and then i will post to see if my probem is fixed

no malware found and the NIC driver is fine does anyone else have a clue what my problem is the event from event viewer details are in an above post please reply if you know of anything

i havent downloaded any new software like that and i have no malware i have only recently done a clean install of windows

Don't try to fix anything, just post the log.

also this only happens when i am donwloading useing utorrent thats the only time i get the error in event viewer and the only time my computer crashes and by crashing i mean totally locks up and doesent respond needing to hold my power button for ten seconds to power my computer off and then back on if thats any help to anyone

This is the only strange thing I can see that could be related to the error entry. Did you install that?

i installed that when i was trying to fix the error myself the error was there before i installed that

Thus, your services startups are trying to start that BUT it doesn't exist (at least not with the correct path specified).

So, find the startup location (Services or registry) and delete that startup.

i went into msconfig into services and stopped rdshutdown from starting up i will post if this resolves my poblem thanks fro the help you have been a really grate help i wil try be assistance to anyone else who needs it as i know a fair bit about computers thankyou i will post to say if it as worked
