IE very slow on TREB

Hello!

This is my first post, so excuse me If I make any mistakes.

My I.E 8 has trouble with this site: http://www.torontomls.net/Login.asp
It's ONLY on this machine that I have these issues, it's very slow... takes almost 5 seconds after I click, to start acting ... but after those 5 seconds the stuff loads quickly... but every other action has the same wait time.

ONLY happens with that website so far, it's the MLS for Toronto Realestate Board, and has to be run in I.E

I will attach the Logs as instructed by your 8 step program, please advise me what to do.

P.S: GMER was empty no issues there

I tried Uninstalling I.E and re-installing it , updating it... nothing worked
