ILO issues in Blade servers in HP C7000 enclosure

HP C7000 enclosure showing red cross on some blade servers and showing iLO failure has detected and firmware related issues. Please see the picture.

It's exactly what it says. You need to either reseat the blade or you have an equipment failure.
