Im suffering from too many passwords and too many devices, and lost notes

I set my bios admin password on my Dell inspiron 5551. None of my passwords are seemingly working. I set it during a time around someone who knew my standard passwords, but could no longer trust.
Have tried battery removal of both batteries, and have had them out for several months.
