I use the following:
AD-Ware, spybotSD, Moo-Cleaner, A2Square, BugDoctor, Toolbarcop, PC Repair, Reg1Aid, RegClean, Registery Repair 2006, Spyware, Xoftspy, XoftspySE, Cwshredder, EWIDO, Symantec Corp AV v.10.0.2.2000
TIA for help. after running the above I still get the same BAN
