This is an ATI MV2200 card. Sorry about the typo.
I was going to install a ATI MV220 PCI card in a friends computer for him. It is going in a HP Pavilion 7850 - 933 Mhz with 512 MB PC100 running WIN XP Pro SP2 - all current updates.
I might have stepped on it!!!
I uninstalled the Windows onboard video driver before I shutdown Windows to install the card. Now Windows is in an endless booting loop?
No matter what option I select:
1) Safe Mode
2) Safe mode w/netwoking
3) Safe mode Dos prompt
4) Last known good configuration
5) Windows normally
The system hard reboots after about 5 seconds, over and over again.
ANyway to get back into windows without reinstalling?
