I've had nothing but trouble with wifi-n. On a few different platforms but my centrino 6230 is hopeless. It's funny this article came out now. 2 days ago I ran a long gbit ethernet cable so the network speeds and reliability were acceptable.

Had a few strange disconnects with my 6235 but not to the extent where I'd actually considered it a problem to look into. Will keep a closer eye on its performance from here onwards.

Mid november and still a mess. I'm on a 2000 series device which is plagued by the same problems. Had a brief respite after using the Win8 provided drivers but it's more of the same... heck some times the hardware "disappears" completely after waking my computer fron an overnight sleep requiring upwards of two restarts to function again. Disgraceful, the darn thing even locks up the decive manager at times when trying to interact with it. Never seen behavior like that before and certainly never expected it from an Intel product!
