Intel Pentium M 750 1.8GHz, good choice for laptop?

I'm having a new laptop made for me and I want to have it be a high quality one that's going to last. I'm trying to pick a good processor, either an Intel Pentium M 735 with 1.7GHz speed, a 745 with 1.8GHz speed, or a 750 with 1.86GHz speed. Is there going to be a big difference between these three processors? The only game I play on my PC that requires good graphics is the Sims 2. What type of video card do you think would be the best to get for my laptop that won't cost a ton of money for playing that game? I'm not really a computer techy, but I do know most of the lingo you use. Except CPU, what does that mean? Any help you could give me would be very much appreciated!! Thanks!

i'd go with the 1.8 or higher, if it was up to me. those are both fine cpus. for video cards i'd look at models that employ ATI IGP technology. don't expect a beefy video card to increase your battery life, though!
