Intel prepares feature to allow software-based processor upgrades

Mister that's not a chip! It's a whole bag of chips and they have nothing to do with Intels whacky software unlocking features proposal.

::> their customers willingly drink it.

Some drink others mindlessly caress pci traces.
 Right. I should have figured. The sIntel "Glue" argument again. 🤣 As if that is any argument to buy a sIntel processor over an Epyc when the Epyc performs better than the sIntel processor for less money.

I guess people miss the fact that the Epyc is already more capable than Xeon and at one price for all the features rather than being bled to death by sIntel for what is already there. sIntel, and those drinking their cool-aid, think they are geniuses, however, I think its hubris masquerading as genius.

The subject is "Intel prepares feature to allow software-based processor upgrades"

I haven't seen "debate other BRANDS of cpus for consideration" here.
