Intel unveils 3,600-watt ASIC Bitcoin mining rig

Given that GPU mining would use nearly 35 times that much power to do the same work, this is an improvement all around and as those ASICs reach market saturation, used GPUs will hit the market and prices will come back down to sensible levels. New GPUs will follow suit and the world can return to some degree of normalcy.

Yes and just think if we never had that lab manufacture COVID from china there would be an abundance of GPU's just like there was before that evil genocidal regime released it.

I find it hilarious that so many people blame miners for the shortage of GPU's when it's china and their covid virus that caused all this mess along with so much death, poverty, people loosing their jobs and homes plus sending countries on the verge of financial ruin that some may never recover from and yet nothing is being done about them!

Here we go again... It's all about that money. Greedy greedy people
For-profit companies can't be charities, their business is making money. I don't work for free and I don't know anyone who does.

AMD will always be > than Intel.
Always? Do you remember the CPU's before Ryzen? I sure hope AMD is always competitive, but how could someone know the future in tech? What has AMD done to get you to cheer for them?

Intel spending resources on this trash while AMD overtakes them.
How is AMD overtaking exactly? Intel's net profits for 2021 was $19.9 Billion while AMDs was $3.16B for the same year. So how exactly is AMD overtaking intel? I'm not a company fanboy I just want to know what evidence you use to form your opinion when the facts associated with both companies don't support what you are saying.

I think this will answer both of your questions.
