I had a computer which a knowledgable friend told me had problems with ishost.exe and ismon.exe, and he sent me this link:

After using the first Tool, SmitFraudFix, and following all of the instructions for it, when I tried to go back to the thread to get the second Tool, my internet connection was not working! The computer was connected to my home network, and I tried repairing the connection, re-setting up the internet connection, and I even went onto the site on my laptop, transferred the other Tools onto the troublesome PC, and did all of the steps in correct order before trying the internet again, but it still doesn't work! Can anybody help me?
[EDIT] I could not complete the final step, involving Ewido, because it would not update, having no internet connection.
