hey, i don't know where to go for this problem but this forum has helped me with previous problems before so yeah..
anyway, i have road runner cable and ive always thought something was up with my internet speed so i did a few speed tests, or bandwidth tests, and they all say i run at least 700kb/s. but whenever i download something i only download at maximum of like 80 kb/s.
from my knowledge, all of my friends who have rr all download a lot faster than 80 kb/s.
is there a reason why my internet is so slow?

well, its not just one thing im downloading. when downloading different things from different servers i still download at a slow speed.
