    Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.

    Newegg.com encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem and may void your Newegg.com return policy. Buyers requesting a refund may have to pay a 15% restocking fee. Newegg.com will not cross-ship replacement CPUs.

    Hopefully someday soon we'll be able to accommodate the tech needs and desires* of our UK friends as well. Unfortunately, in the meantime, we’d only be able to ship to an address in the states.

    Good for you guys! Congrats.

    I originally saw this thread about 35 minutes after contest commencement and since it seemed to have three winning answers already, I didn't enter.

    Suggestion: If you, Newegg, have another quiz, I'll bet you will get a lot more participation if you, say, select three random winners from all the correct answers submitted within a specified time period. That way it isn't a race for time. In any case, please don't interpret this as criticism. Your generosity has created a welcome fun element to these forums and how you structure your quiz is totally up to you, of course. It's much appreciated no matter what.

    Rik, that's kinda lame aint it, mate? I won a contest in Australia on a internet station out of Sydney, and couldnt get the prize, 'cuz they only shipped in country... I'm in the southeastern US...

    Yup, I just got my DVD burner in the mail, they didn't have the one they offered in stock so they gave me a better one. Thats what I call good customer service, especially seeing that it was a free gift :).
