Iolo System Mechanic failed to "re-activate"

  1. After purchasing another year of System Mechanic I was unable to re-activate. The previous version had expired a few months before downloading the newer version. The first attempt to re-activate with the new "activation key" triggered a window that requested that I purchase a discounted version. There was no provision to enter the new "re-activation key". I then tried uninstalling the old version, re-installed the newer version then proceeded to "re-activate". The same frustrating window appeared requesting that I purchase a new version. Attempts to contact iOLO has been ignored. Any suggestions?

    If you paid by credit card, contact your credit card issuer and ask them to cancel or reverse the charge.
