iPhone SE Manual?

I recently received a new iPhone SE & have been googling for its manual/user guide ever since because I want to see if I can disable some features. The closest I've got so far is this https://www.lifewire.com/back-to-the-future-the-iphone-se-reviewed-4067192
but it still is not a user guide, can someone help??

Let's try the direct approach - - WHAT features do you wish to disable?

The flash when taking pictures outside, #live. Although its neat to see a still picture move, its not necessary. Other than that, just for reference. I did read the article I linked to but still would like the manual/user guide.

Open the camera and on the TOP are 5 symbols,

• the first on the left is FLASH control: touch to show Auto, On, Off.
  
• Make your selection and it changes the setting
  
• and then shows the original 5 symbols again

Ok, so how does one shoot a PANO??

Swipe left twice to change modes to Pano. Tap the arrow button to change the capture direction, if desired. Tap the shutter button to start taking apanoramic photo. Turn or pan your iPhone or iPad to capture as much of your surroundings as you like.Aug 30, 2016
