iPhone will no longer back-up on iTunes

    Hello :)

    I have an iPhone 3GS. My operating system is Windows Vista.

    Since I updated iTunes (10.5.2.11) yesterday, I have been unable to back-up my iPhone during the sync process. The following is the error I receive:

    "An error occurred while backing this iphone (-5000). Would you like to continue
    to update this iphone without the backup?"

    Any insight would be most appreciated. Thanks.

    Nevermind. Found out that it was a corrupted backup file. Removed said file and was able to back-up again. Hooray!!
