Iriver clix

All help is a appreciated here im in a worst way toast i bought iriver clix and when i bought it new there were no fricken drivers now Windows wont recognize it it understand it is a iriver but wont install it with no drivers please help

i'm not 100% familiar with the irivers, but shouldn't it appear as a removable media under My computer?
What windows are you running?
