Is BFGTech still in biz?

About one month ago I got my 6800 gt oc RMA'd without
any grief! Second time too.
Now when my older Mx4000 is dead, I can not get thru in any fashion.
E-mails are getting bounced back:

4 hours total in three days of calling 800techsupport #
Without any answers.(they have the worst hold music!)
I even called long distance to main #
and at best get answering machine.

I figure some one here may know whats up?

Maybe they blocked your IP cause you keep replacing cards. lol
