Is possible to refill a lexmark return program cartridge?

i have a return program cartridge and after the refill the software abort all printing process....is possible to skip the cartridge control?
the printer is a z1300 please if somebody know how resolve this problem tell me.....

Maybe refill it before it is totally empty next time ?

i have made the refill before the level of the ink sign empty but it doesn't work........i think that can work only if skip the auto abort operation made by the driver.....
if somebody know how to skip it please help me.......
