Is this a good deal?

I am only a mediocre gamer. I have an integrated graphics card so I decided to upgrade it. And so, I bought an NVIDIA 8500 GT for 67 US Dollars. Is this a good deal or I have been ripped off? It is the best graphics card I can get for my budget.
