Is this Ram Compatible?

I'm planning on getting the ASUS A8N-SLI Motherboard. I was also planning on getting Corsair XMS 1 GB. I looked on the Asus website, and this ram is not listed under compatible ram. Does anyone know if it is? All of the specs (Speed, Pins, Dual Channel) are right. Is there a specific problem with this ram. Thanks.

and search for your motherboard (the same I have by the way), the XMS ram does come up as being compatible.

Great, now I have some more questions! First, I'm assuming RAM with a latency of 2-3-2-5 is better than 3-3-3-8. Also, when you have 2 GB of ram, will the latency be shown higher? The same module of ram shows a latency of 3 opposed to 2 on the 1 GB module. Also, is the motherboard compatible with faster ram than 400? And would I get a preformance benefit from using faster ram? Thanks.
