i need to know how many watts your psu is, try taking off the side of your case and look for the power supply, it should have a sticker on it that says:
    max output ____ watts

make sure the pc is unplugged though

I don't think that your power supply can handle the 7300gt because it requires a 350 watt power supply

    Is this solved ?

Can't be sure with your reply.
My asus P5S800-VM motherboard manual states,
"Install only 1.5 or 0.8 V AGP cards."
    3.3 V are not supported.
Read your Manual or get a pdf version to be sure .:)

The 7300GT will not work on your power supply...(Even if it does, it'll be very risky)...

hey there.... i think you have to consider both, the motherboard and the psu in this case. Make sure that the 7300GT is compatible with your current motherboard (or tell us what motherboard you're on and we'll tell you if its compatible) and also definately increase the power of your psu.
