Juno email problems.

I have been using Juno for my email for years. Beginning about two weeks ago, I cannot print messages directly from Juno. It will print attachments in Word, Excel, etc. that are in the Juno message. I have uninstalled Juno and reinstalled. I have uninstalled my printer and reinstalled.

In the event viewer in XP pro, IE version 7 it says:
"Hanging application Juno.exe, version 5.0.3762.12545, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000"
Does anyone have any idea what to do?

Please go back to the Event Viewer> right click on the Error> Properties>

When you open any event there is a "copy" button below the up/down arrows. Click that, then go to any place that allows you to type (ie. notepad, wordpad, this board) and you can paste (use CTRL-V) the event details there. You do not need to include the lines of code that follow the Description.

This will show the Event # and Source, both necessary.

Richmit, did you ever get any resolution for this problem. I am getting the same thing (only IE6). I contacted Juno, and all they did was blow me off. Thanks
