  1. Hi

I have a 120gb hard drive and want to put my 10gb and 80gb on the same computer. If i do this do the other hard drives have to have an operating system on them or can the be blank.

( will it work if they have operating systems on them? )

    Thanxs Baltan

They should work fine provided you get the jumper settings correct!!!!

The operating stytems may not work but you should be able to do what you want with them!!!!

Just put the drives in, have the jumpers set so it boots the OS you are currently using. When you get into windows you will see the drive(s) in My Computer. Right click -> Format.

Go through Disk Management in Admin Tools Computer Management control panel if there are more partitions on the drives than you want.

Do what SNG... said ,but before you format, etc. Pull out any files you might want to keep and copy them to the big HDD.
