Hello everyone, and thanks for reading my thread. I just reformatted my computer for the first time today. I have a Dell Demension 8300 with Windows XP. I have Windows XP installed, and haven't done/installed anything yet. The main problem is, I have no internet connection. I have a cable modem(comcast) plugged into a router, which is why I'm able to contact you using my laptop. I think it has something to do with drivers, as when I open network connections in the control pannel there is nothing in the folder. I tried "create a new connection" but everytime I get to a dead end with the wizard telling me that it should automattically be there. Can anyone help me please?

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go to the Dell website. You should be able to get most, if not all the drivers you need.
