Keep getting BSOD...

    i had tried them before i changed the motherboard....should i run them again?

    What is yourBIOS/chipset version? Have you checked to see if you have the latest?

    here is the chipset:
    ALiMAGiK 1 M1647/M1535D+

    the new board is an Asus a7a-266

    I did flash the bios to the latest version.

    If you aren't getting any more BSODs then my suggestion is to make a new thread under the motherboard forums here at TechSpot. I think you'll get some solid suggestions.

    I'd love to know if you have worked it out and how.

    hey i figured it out!

    I found some drivers for the motherboard online and they seem to have done the trick!

    according to Boolog XP I went from 302 sec to 84 sec!
