I got a new keyboard because the old one was messed up so I got a new one. When I attempt to install the software for it, it doesn't get complete. The keyboard is the Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard. It starts to install but then error screen comes up and says "Error 1101. Error Reading from file: C:\\Windows\Temp\_is7031\1033.mst. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

I want to use all those buttons on the keyboard. They look like gun

Don't know if this is what you need but I remember a similar problem with Intellimouse software. The article covers Intellipoint and Intellitype software. I'm pretty sure the Intellitype. Here is the MSKB article
