Keyboard stops working after I start a game

I recently got this keyboard (Easterntimes tech I-500) and it seems to be working just fine, until I start a game. My screen begins to freeze at random times and the keyboard stops working. Then when I exit the game the freezes are gone, but the keyboard still won't work.
I would appreciate any kind of help.

Try another keyboard, document failure is isolated to Easterntimes tech I-500 and seek a warranty return/exchange.
