For the rest of my life I wont touch a Jmicron NAND flash controller with a 10 mile pole!
After the "experience" of installing the IPCOP firewall distribution (ca 40MB) which takes roughly 5 minute on a 15 year old 2GB SCSI harddrive; it took nearly 30 minutes to install to a 32GB Jmicron JMF602 based SSD!

Well, supposedly the later Jmicron controllers are better.
But I was so burned by that purchase that I wont ever put any money towards this company again, no matter how many sites says "it's all better now"

Plenty more companies to choose from anyway...
