Laggy connection Speed! Please Help!

    Hello, i dont know what is going on with my internet connection, ive been running some games for almost a year and now im having some problems when trying to connect. My packet loss is up to 67%. i made a phone call to my ISP and they told me my connection was working.
    Im lagging terribly and i have a 1.5mbps connection. The download speed is at 210kbps but when i try to see a video at youtube or play Gunz my ping increases to 1k when it was normally going to 100.
    Some webpages are also taking a lot to load!
    I made a full scan for spyware or viruses with Avast and adaware and nothing!
    Ill attach my hijackthis log.

    i really dont know if its a proxie problem or my ISP Problem :S

    I can see nothing in your HJT log that would account for your problem.

    However, please rename HijackThis.exe to HijackThis1991.exe and post a fresh HJT log. This is because some malware can hide from HijackThis.exe.
