LAN Driver not working

I have just completed a clean installation of XP professional and tried to reinstall the network driver but it is still not registering. I have a gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L motherboard and downloaded the driver from the giabyte website but when I go to device manager it is not identifying my ethernet connection. Any ideas?

===> If you’re running 32 bit Windows, dxdiag will launch on its own
