i have a very peculiar problem with my lenovo g550 lap, i kept it aside without using for 2 days, when i switched on the next day it didnt start, i removed the battery and tested but nothin worked only the battery charging light was glowing. suddenly after an hour and half it started working automatically and it worked fine throughout the day, next day i had same problem it started abt 2hrs later, i offed and oned it several time aftr tat it worked fine.......i still got tat problem.....cant make out whats wrong with it....give me some solution people

not good news - sorry.
These symptoms usually mean that the power controller unit has or is failing. The unit should run without the battery installed - if not I would take it to a tecchy shop. If you are in the UK I can point you in the right direction!
