I hope to be in the correct place. I have a HP Pavilion laptop, used to connect to wireless internet,. Now won't connect, doesn't find wireless networks, and I'm stumped. Must have removed something wrong or connected incorrectly when trying to set up wireless connection. Have Lynksis for home/and desktop connection. Do I need to go to repair shop or does it sound simple to those more computer knowledgable than I?

Well, let's start small. Did you turn it off using the button/switch/shortcut key (depending on the model) on the notebook itself?
