Lawsuit claims Elon Musk and Tesla knew SolarCity was insolvent but still paid $2.6 billion...

Yea... It can die any moment for many years...
It does die, every fiscal quarter, to the tune of a quarter billion dollars.

...[ ]...It still successfully led the EV revolution though, becoming a threat big enough forced big players to change, and maybe that's enough... Let's enjoy the popcorn watching those *****s in Tesla die. LOL.
Don't you worry about a thing. Even if Tesla folds, Elon Musk, his brother, and his cousins, will walk away very rich men, and many people will be wondering how their fortune in Tesla stock evaporated into thin air.

Let me help you with that. For years I've been getting mail and door knocks, which in essence announced, "you can help save the planet by going green, if you buy your electricity from us". As it turns out, the "green energy" was a few cents more per KW hour. Well, people can't afford "going green", it's that simple.

As for Solar City", even when Musk's frauds are blatant and exposed, you regurgitate the perpetual Musk propaganda narrative "all those big companies want poor little me out of the picture because I'm a huge threat to them, now give me some more money".

Like I said, Musk needs your bank account's contents to dig his way out of this situation, fight those robber barons in Detroit, and conquer the CO2 menace threatening the planet. He simply can't do this single handedly. Cut him yet another check, will ya?

And really, wouldn't you feel terrible if poor Elon's's brother had to live in a house worth less than a few million dollars?

I think everybody tried their best...
The new solar rental plan Tesla came up with recently is pretty attractive though...

I believe robber barons' days are soon numbered, and Detroit will become a capital for electric cars.

Yea, I don't know what kind of houses the cousins live in maybe they should live in a more modest house, but I really don't know, as for Elon Musk, SpaceX is making money.

....{ }.... as for Elon Musk, SpaceX is making money.
Although I don't have the exact percentages, I believe most of Space-X' money still comes from NASA, and by extension the US government, and by extension from there, the US taxpayers.

That said, he will likely be raking in money after her puts 11,000 (or so), more pieces of space junk in orbit, ostensibly for, "low cost internet".

Well, not just them, all those CEOs... I don't know, it is how the system work... Maybe we should change this?

Anyways, seriously, so far I think Tesla has been doing good jobs researching, building electric powertrain (it's fastest with longest range in the world, not an easy feat), and expanding manufacturing capacity (the China Giga is going online soon in less than a year..). And the sales has been better across the world (even with few #1 selling spot), I think their intention of making the world a better place is genuine, I believe them.

Need I mention Musk's brush with calling a heroic diver a pedophile?
To be fair, he wasn't alone because the info floating around opened the door for that conclusion. Once it was made clear that the info was erroneous, Musk and many others apologized.

"The Guardian" appears to make the case that the mini sub is a phallic reference, and Elon Musk is at the head of it.

I find that in many cases it's neither prudent or possible to forgive or forget. IMO, that particular outburst by Mr Musk, would fall well within those guidelines.

Google is doing this all the time. They've been buying companies that are totally crappy, and have no users or technology, just so they can send money to someone they need to finance. And then they would add that person to their board of directors, even though they've never made anything good in their life. How come nobody is talking about other companies doing the same thing?
