Leadtek gforce4 mmx440 compatible with Asus P4pe MOBO?

I'm getting a new Asus P4PE/GL 854PE motherboard and wanted to know if my Leadtek Winfast mmx440 Gforce 4 card will run on it. I know that the Asus only accepts 1.5 volts agp slot. What voltage is my gforce card? Thanks.
