LED connections question

I am building my first computer and I'm hooking up the case to the motherboard and I hooked up the POWERSW and RESETSW and the USB's i had at the top of the computer, but I have a HDDLED that doesn't have a slot on the mobo, there is PLED and IDE-LED, are those the same thing? probably not my first question on this journey, any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thw IDE_LED is the hard drive LED. The PLED is the power LED
