Lego Star Wars - First movie hangs

Hi,

Please help me!

I can't play Lego Star Wars. The game hangs when the first movie starts playing. The movie I am talking about is that movie that plays after the text scrolls in the first mission.

I've already reinstalled the video card drivers and the game itself, changed game and windows resolution, changed sound card drivers, installed and removed codecs, no success.

Could you please advice?

Have u checked to see if u have any direct-x issues? The easiest way ive found is to click on run on your start menu, then type "dxdiag" and press enter. Run through all the tests and see what happens.

Yes, I've ran the directx tests and I got no problem. Any other game works fine.

Check with the games manufacturers website. There may be a patch available.
