Lenovo Yoga Book stuck in automatic repair mode

So my yoga book has been stuck in a automatic repair mode for a long time how can I fix this? I once manged to click on advance option instead of restart and it did nothing then again I clicked restart it did work but once I opened it, it suddenly turned off and got back to the repair mode ?
 
This is only in -under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable ... depends on the country where you are from ie send it back to lenovo it could be more trouble that its worth trying to fix yourself more so with uefi bioses they are and can be annoying to deal with
 
It is clearly a boot issue, why not reinstalling the OS from a USB?

Download Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, with it download the Windows version you need, then make it a bootable USB, reinstall Windows.
