    I have all-in-one Lexmark X5250, on the printed page i have 4-5 horizontal white stripes, about 05.cm wide, at 4-5 cm one of another,
    The cartridges are new, they apear both on scaned or just printed from text files,
    Pls help

    That is usually due to dirty or dried out heads on the cartridges. The dried out problem can occur with new as well as old cartridges. Have you used the head cleaning utility that should be part of the printrs software package? Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 cleanings to get them looking good. Are you using factory or after market refilled cartridges?

    both cartridges are new, i bought them from a printer shop with lexmark name on the cartridges i hope they are good;
    i will try to put a link with picture this days to see the stripes
    i listen the printer when she prints and when she print she sound like no printing like she is skipping that row or something like that;
    and she has about 1 year:(
