Likom Monitor Model : L7052NP - width unadjustable

Hello all

I have a problem with my monitor Likom model: L7052.. cannot adjust the horizontal... what possible part's have defect?

any help appreciated.

Make sure you are not over or under stressing the monitor. The horizontal frequency may either be too high or too low. Try setting the video refresh rates to different settings and see if the horizontal width becomes adjustable...

Yes, i set it in normal size..(800x600)... vertical, brightness, contrast... etc.. function properly.. except the horizontal (width).. it increase and decrease the percentage when you push the horizontal button but it no effects on display.

i think it has a defective parts... anyone can send me the schematic diagram of LIKOM L7052NP...

You will probably find a burnt resistor around or near the flyback transformer. Check for cold solder joints in this area too. I repaired CRT monitors from 9 to 42 inches in size, from 1989 to 1999
