Limited connectivity

Hi,
Whenever I try to connect to a wireless router from my laptop, the network icon shows yellow mark, which says limited connectivity. Every time I have to <ipconfig/release and renew>, wherein it starts to work properly.
Its an office environment.
Kindly your views on what's the issue?

The yellow mark is telling you the driver for the WiFi needs to be replace/installed
 
Wouldn't that be inside Device Manager? I read it that OP has the mark on his wifi icon on the bottom-right of screen.



Is the issue happening even if you disconnect for e.g. 10 seconds?
