Hi Folks,
I'm trying to do some customer service via long distance. Have some friends I set up a Linksys WRT160N wireless router for about two weeks ago. Just a desktop hardwired into the router and one wireless laptop using a secure connection. No big deal (or so it seems...)
These friends live about 3 hours away and they just realized that whenever the desktop logs on to the Internet, it bumps off the laptop. I've had them check the naming configurations for the laptop and the PC, but those seem to be fine.
I haven't worked with Linksys routers before so wondering if anyone else has had this problem and knows of a quick fix, or what to specifically look for before I remote in and start doing some tinkering.
Thanks in advance!
