HI Bobbye

I did a a scan on dvd2one and it found nothing,the folder is empty - 0 bytes.

Those real time monitors
D:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zlclient.exe
Please disable this while cleaning:
D:\Program Files\PeerGuardian2\pg2.exe
I dont seem to know where they are or how to disable them.

The 018 entries on hijackthis , cant see them in the log.

The problem is on some sites or all not to sure but she put in a password and username and will have to do it every time the site opens a new page or link.

George, it would be best if you start a separate thread for this problem. Okay to copy what you have here, just start new.

Mick, re: "The problem is on some sites or all not to sure but she put in a password and username and will have to do it every time the site opens a new page or link." This is because the Cookies for those sites are being removed. Does she use CCleaner or have the browser set to remove Cookies when she closes?

I'll be back tomorrow to help with the rest.

Hi Bobbye.

No she doesnt have ccleaner. I reset I.E and things work fine now,dont have any problems so if there is any more thing i need to do from those log just let me know.

Thanks

Okay, if she's running okay, remove the cleaning tools and the System Restore points:
*OTCleanit! by Oldtimer*
* Download OTCleanIt (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTCleanIt.exe)
* Click the CleanUp! button.
* It will go thorough the list and remove all of the tools it finds and then delete itself (requiring a reboot).

Clear system restore points
* This is a good time to clear your existing system restore points and establish a new clean restore point:
o Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
o Select Create a restore point, and OK it.
o Next, go to Start > Run and type in cleanmgr
o Select the More options tab
o Choose the option to clean up system restore and OK it.
This will remove all restore points except the new one you just created.
