Login Issues

Hey everyone! I am running windows XP on my laptop, and whenever it gets to the login screen, it shows that I cannot log onto a domain, and then goes to a welcome screen where after choosing my user, it logs in.

How can I get rid of this error message/domain startup? Thank you all!

Hi

It sounds like the laptop used to be on a Domain, to change it right click my computer > properties > computer name >change >make sure the radio box for Workgroup is ticked and enter WORKGROUP.

Reboot the laptop and you should be good to go.

It's still popping up when I start WinXP. Any other ideas I can try?
