Hi, will the touchpad become less sensitive as the board gets older? The pad and curser follow directions one minute and the next it crawls. Sometimes it will move to the right spot like to close on the (X) or it will stop short or go past it. Once in awhile it just roams on its own.

Your touchpad may be replaceable part - start with maker.
