Logs review /help with vundo please ?

Hi - my laptop has been just about unusable lately - slow to load anything, long pauses in rendering characters when typing and just generally labouring.
I did the 8 step process and here are my logs.
Would appreciate any advice thanks

Have you tried running spybot S&D?

Did SAS manage to remove the Vundo or did it re appear?
