Lost network and Nvidia drivers

I wanted to get some new display drivers for my computer. So I erased the Nvidia drivers or something like that. I ended up with no software for the internet and lost some drivers. What do I do and how do I recover them?!?
It asks me to put in the shaw internet CD but I think I threw it out!!!!!
HELP!
